Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within company databases and computer systems.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files when required.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data-focused role is preferred. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and standard office equipment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
