Project administrator/Project Manager

- Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science field (BSC or above).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in home appliance or electronics manufacturing, with familiarity in procurement, PMC, and end-to-end production operations.
- Experience in factory setup or production line establishment from scratch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6Sigma, or similar tools; strong data analysis and team leadership skills. 1. Oversee the setup, layout planning, and production system construction of the new factory in Malaysia.
- Manage the entire production process of home appliance products, including production planning, material control, procurement coordination, manufacturing execution, quality control, and delivery.
- Develop production management systems and SOPs, ensure implementation, and maintain safety and efficiency.
- Lead PMC (Production & Material Control) activities, optimize inventory management, and coordinate with local supply chains.
- Build and train local production teams, promote cross-department collaboration, and achieve cost and quality targets.
- Liaise with China headquarters and local partners to ensure production meets both group standards and Malaysian regulations.
