This is a hybrid role providing home health therapy services in conjunction with SNF based therapy services. Home health geographic area is the vicinity around our Dearborn Heights facility. Home care services are paid per visit, and SNF services are paid at an hourly rate. Schedule Full Time Monday-Friday Required Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Licensure as required by the State of Michigan. Skills And Abilities Ability to exercise professional judgement and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions. Initiative and flexibility in the work environment. Ability to react effectively to the needs of patients and their families. Physical ability to bend, position, transfer and lift patients weighing from 80 pounds to over 300 pounds, without restriction, utilizing lifting devices clinically recommended for the patient.
