Contact Center Representative - $20-$20.50/hr (Onsite | Chino, CA)

Position Overview Responsible for managing high-volume inbound customer interactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves assisting with automotive-related inquiries, appointment scheduling, and resolving customer concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 30-40 calls per shift) in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and technical concerns (e.g., malfunctioning radio codes). Assist customers in scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information. Accurately capture and document customer concerns to create detailed cases. Deliver accurate information and determine appropriate next steps, including case resolution or escalation to the proper department. Handle high-volume inbound settlement-related calls, ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution. Provide detailed claim information while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate effectively with team members to support feedback, performance improvement, and growth opportunities. Utilize multiple systems, screens, and software applications simultaneously to assist customers.
