We're partnering with a mission-driven national nonprofit organization seeking two experienced Contract Recruiters to support a busy HR team during upcoming leaves of absence. What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and field-based positions Partner closely with hiring managers and program leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, ATS workflows, interview coordination, and candidate communication Build diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of functions including fundraising, advocacy, marketing, operations, and corporate support roles Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and internal best practices What We're Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience recruiting for corporate and/or field-based roles Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, from program leaders and fundraisers to scientists and executives ATS experience required (UKG experience is a plus) Strong sourcing, interviewing, and presentation skills Benefits Information Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
