Shift Options: 1st - (7:45 AM-8 PM), 3rd - (7:45 PM-8 AM) | Requires working a 12-hour swing shift every other Friday | Sunday Off

Cutter Operator Requirements:
- 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Previous experience with machines or cutting equipment preferred.
- Ability to use SAP or learn production data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow work instructions.
- Willingness to cross-train and support packaging operations.
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
Cutter Operator Job Duties:
- Operate cutting equipment to meet production goals.
- Inspect, grade, and pack finished products.
- Complete production paperwork and enter data into SAP.
- Change paper and materials to maintain production flow.
- Assist with packaging line operations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
