Speech Pathology - California, MD

This contract role offers the opportunity to support communication and language development across two unique caseloads: one Early Intervention (11-month position) and one K-12 opening. The assignment runs from August 10th, 2026 through June 17th, 2027, with a full-time schedule that promotes work-life balance and professional growth.


Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students on assigned caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes
• Deliver therapy services both individually and in group settings, adjusting approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and consultations to inform education plans
