You will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating complex respiratory conditions, managing critically ill patients, and seamlessly transitioning between inpatient and outpatient settings. This dynamic hybrid role offers the unique chance to follow patients through their continuum of care, from acute critical illness to long‑term pulmonary management. Conduct thorough medical examinations and tests to accurately assess patient conditions, both in pulmonary and critical care settings. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases. Manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including ventilation support and advanced life‑sustaining therapies. Perform pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and critical care procedures. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Explain patient conditions, health status, and necessary treatments clearly to patients and their families, fostering understanding and shared decision‑making. Participate and contribute to comprehensive patient care discussions across both pulmonary and critical care services. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in both pulmonology and critical care medicine.
