Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board‑certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focusing on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Pre‑scheduled in‑home visits with health plan members (short‑term or long‑term basis). Collect medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Receive a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Compensation & Incentives Earn up to $1,800 to $3,000 each week; average 6‑9 visits daily at a base rate of $70 per completed assessment. Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Shifts available Monday‑Sunday; no nights or weekends required. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Medical malpractice coverage is provided. Qualifications Board‑certified physician assistant/physician associate. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in patient homes. Other Details These in‑home visits allow PA contractors to earn a competitive wage or supplement their current income while managing other personal and clinical commitments.
