Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive care to critically ill patients, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, adjusting treatments and medications as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Administer ACLS and BLS as required for patient conditions.
• Manage patients' treatment protocols within a Level II Trauma facility.
• Float between units as necessary, supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS required.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma facility preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and float between units.
