Family Practice - Without OB Physician

- Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians with an interest in geriatrics-this is your opportunity to build a deeply rewarding career caring for an older adult population.
- Move beyond rushed, episodic visits and develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while guiding care throughout their stay.
- Take ownership of the complete clinical picture-from admission examinations and medication management to comprehensive care planning and discharge.
- Make your voice count by helping shape medical policies, strengthen clinical services and advance the quality of care delivered throughout the facility.
- Become the physician that patients, families and an experienced multidisciplinary team trust when important care decisions need to be made.
- Use your expertise to help reduce avoidable hospitalizations, preserve independence and give medically complex patients a better quality of life.
- Earn up to $300K in a stable, salary based + RVU high-impact position that recognizes the value of your experience; previous skilled-nursing experience is strongly preferred.
