SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
U.S. Marine Corps
Digital Transformation Division ManagerYou will oversee and manage the execution of the digital transformation division optimizing digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and employee engagement.You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates performing transformation improvement work.You will determine availability of manpower, resources, contracting, funding, program requirements, and other support functions essential to the accomplishment of the Transformation Office mission.You will conduct thorough assessments of current business processes, systems, and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.You will identify and mitigate projects' risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery.You will hold discussions and meetings with key program members as necessary to obtain pertinent details of program assigned.
