Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions in Pinckney, MI is adding a full-time C limate Control Tech – HVAC Specialist to our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review your daily schedule and head out to service calls within a 40‑mile radius
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units
- Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleanings, and system checks
- Repair and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers
- Install, replace, or repair HVAC components like thermostats, condensers, and compressors
- Follow our 12‑Step Process to deliver the Ultimate Service Call experience
- Document findings, repairs, and recommendations with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and follow all safety protocols
WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:
- Pay: $23–$40 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with overtime and on‑call rotation

Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC or related experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience with appliance repair and maintenance
