We're seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Greensboro, NC branch and lead our team to new heights within the light industrial industries. Compensation $60-$75K + commission Schedule In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How You’ll Do It As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts. Oversees one Peoplelink Staffing branch Direct branch sales objectives by utilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models/proposals, and develop customer service models Develop and/or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teams Provide ongoing training and development, coaching, one on one, and team-building for staff Follow up clients on regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clients Command of the budget process and execution of the branch budget Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustments Enforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker’s Comp., Unemployment) Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary All other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment At least two years of management or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidates Experience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staff Strong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this role Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties The Benefits: We take care of our team and provide great benefits: Responsible Time Off (Unlimited PTO program) Career Journey planning and employee recognition C ulture is important to us and there are numerous options to get involved and collaborate, including giving back to our local communities, staying fit, joining our cultural networks, and having fun and celebrating together!
