Customer Service Representative (CSR)Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Environment: Climate-Controlled Manufacturing FacilityWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong computer and communication skills, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.The CSR will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide updates, prepare quotes, assist with inside sales, and ensure customer needs are handled accurately and professionally.What You'll DoCommunicate with customers primarily through email, providing professional and timely responsesProvide basic inside sales supportPrepare and send repair quotes to customersCheck, update, and communicate job status and repair progressPerform heavy data entry and maintain accurate recordsUse Microsoft Office programs regularly, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelWork closely with shop personnel and other departments to gather information and provide customer updatesMaintain a positive and professional relationship with customersAssist with other administrative and customer service duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Customer Service Representative or similar office/customer-facing experience preferredStrong written communication skills — professional email communication is a major part of the positionStrong computer and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entryAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStable work history with a history of longevity in previous positionsFriendly, dependable, and upbeat personalityAbility to work comfortably around a manufacturing/shop floor environment
