Responsibilities Under the leadership of the Director of Surgical Services and Surgery Coordinators, the RN is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital. Important dimensions of this position consist of quality of care, professional commitment, team work, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and a broad nursing knowledge.
