Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (3 days a week hybrid)

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with 9+ years of expertise in testing web applications, REST APIs, and utilizing Selenium and Java for automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for web applications and REST APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test scenarios.
Test Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
Ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline and are executed reliably.
Manual Testing:
Perform thorough manual testing for new features and regression testing for existing functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
API Testing:
Develop and execute test cases for REST APIs to ensure proper functionality, reliability, and performance.
Utilize tools like Postman or similar for API testing and validation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
