Job Description

Covey Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver to join our growing family-owned trucking company based in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

We operate late-model Kenworth equipment and focus on regional flatbed freight throughout Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and surrounding states. If you're looking for consistent miles, quality equipment, and a company where you're treated like a person instead of a truck number, we'd like to talk with you.

Pay

Competitive CPM based on experience
Typical earnings: $1,100 - $1,600+ per week
Additional opportunities for higher earnings based on performance and freight availability

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience
Clean driving record
Flatbed experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to secure and tarp loads when required
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Must pass DOT drug screen and background requirements

Driver Responsibilities

Safely operate assigned tractor and trailer
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Secure freight properly
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Deliver freight safely and on time
