Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst II with strong ServiceNow Field Service Management administration experience for a contract opportunity in Oakland, CA. This hybrid role supports critical field service operations within the energy and utilities industry, helping ensure scheduling tools, mobile workflows, dispatcher interfaces, and inventory processes run efficiently for field technicians and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow Field Service Management platform, including daily operations, upgrades, configuration, and support.
- Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace, Mobile Agent applications, dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile workflows.
- Manage work orders, assignment rules, task dependencies, territory planning, and field service routing processes.
- Configure inventory management functions, stockrooms, asset transfers, and related ServiceNow workflows.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, system notifications, and platform enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and optimize ServiceNow FSM performance for field service operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $40 to $59.75 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid opportunity based in Oakland, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow Field Service Management platform.
- Support dispatcher tools, mobile workflows, work order processes, scheduling, and inventory functionality.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements that improve field service operations.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to support efficient field service delivery.

- 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Knowledge of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, mobile workflows, Dispatcher Workspace, and Mobile Agent applications.
- Experience with UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, system notifications, assignment rules, and workflow configuration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment supporting field service and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Local to Oakland, CA, or the surrounding Bay Area.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow FSM in the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or field service industry.
- Familiarity with territory planning, field technician workflows, stockroom processes, and asset transfer operations.
