Korean Bilingual - Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager (3PL) We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily 3PL warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, service performance, and team leadership in a fast‑paced environment supporting renewable energy equipment manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations Ensure KPI, SLA, and on‑time shipping targets are achieved Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize WMS utilization Drive labor productivity and cost efficiency Enforce safety standards and operational compliance Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams Partner with client stakeholders to ensure service excellence Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in 3PL Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills Results‑driven with a strong focus on safety and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffora LLC
