Join the Your Wireless Team

Your Wireless is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

If you have previous wireless retail or wireless sales experience, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, understand their wireless needs, recommend products and services, and create a positive in-store experience while working toward individual and team sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers and learn about their wireless needs.
• Recommend wireless products, services, and solutions based on each customer’s needs.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Explain products, plans, promotions, and available options clearly to customers.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a commission-based retail environment.
• Build relationships with customers and provide a positive in-store experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about wireless products, services, and current promotions.
• Assist with day-to-day store responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous wireless retail or wireless sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
