Correspondence Processor
Job Location: Fully Remote (FL preferred but open to other approved client states) Duration: Potential to extend past 6 months and/or convert to a Full-Time Employee (FTE) Shift Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:30am-6:30pm EST or 10am-7pm EST
Summary: The Correspondence Processor will be responsible for editing, formatting, and quality assurance of letters. This role involves processing and monitoring all member and provider correspondence through the Client Healthcare letter database while adhering to UM policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Processes and monitors all members and provider correspondence through the Client Healthcare letter database.
- Adheres to UM policies and procedures
- Editing, formatting, and QA of letters
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner.
- Able to adapt to change.
