Structural Steel Welder - 1st Shift
Location: Hatfield, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities for Structural Steel Welder
Perform MIG welding on structural steel components according to specifications and blueprints.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Fit, position, and align parts prior to welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Operate hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Structural Steel Welder Qualifications
Previous structural welding experience required.
Proficient in MIG welding; certification is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic shop math.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
