## Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foundry Supervisor to join our team in Canton, OH. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our foundry, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. ## Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of foundry personnel to ensure efficient production processes.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.

• Train and mentor new employees on foundry operations and safety practices.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a foundry or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of foundry processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using computer software for production tracking and reporting.

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
