Teller – Riverview, FL (Bloomingdale Branch) As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Riverview, FL at the Bloomingdale Branch (11015 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview, FL 33578). Bilingual Spanish preferred. Job Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Accurate and attention to detail. Effective communication skills. Ability to identify opportunities and proactively engage customers. Knowledge of banking products and digital tools. Fraud detection and prevention awareness. Managing multiple priorities and problem solving. Understanding customer needs. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish . Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; prior experience not required.
