Summary Provide a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for customers in store and online. Build lasting client relationships, share product knowledge, and support sales and store operations. Responsibilities Create seamless and engaging in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology. Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience. Assist with merchandising, fulfillment, sales-floor standards, and fitting-room upkeep. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
