Duration: 6 Months (Early/Mid September Start)

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $56/hr
Overtime: Yes
Per Diem: Locals Only
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday/Saturday as Needed | First Shift | 50-60 Hours Per Week
Additional Schedule Details: Anticipated start during the week of September 7 or September 14. Interviews are being scheduled immediately.

Required Qualifications
- OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510 Certification
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
- Experience supporting civil construction projects
- Experience with excavation, trenching, and utility installation activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Center Construction Experience
- Civil Site Development Experience
- Utility Installation Experience
- Excavation & Trenching Safety Experience
- Demolition Project Experience
- CHST, ASP, CSP, or Other BCSP Credential
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide daily field safety oversight for civil construction activities
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor excavation, trenching, utility installation, and demolition operations
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
- Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project

Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, building relationships with craft personnel and supervision, proactively identifying hazards, and ensuring work is performed safely while supporting project productivity and overall project goals.
