- Salary placement shall be made by the Board or the Board designee and is commensurate with education and experience pursuant to the APT Negotiated Agreement
- Medical/Vision and Dental, FSA/LFSA and Dependent Care, Life & AD&D Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Tuition Reimbursement, TRS, 403B/457

9 Month Position
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses. Assist in determining the number of courses and schedule needed for new school years.
- Monitor academic and attendance records in order to identify potential at-risk students or lack of credit to achieve graduation, notify administration.
- Assist the administrative team in establishing a school climate which encourages good conduct, positive attitudes and values for all students.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff members, parents, and students.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Administer appropriate academic tests to students as needed.
- Participate in staff development and school improvement activities in order to maintain professional growth.
- Participate in events outside of the regularly scheduled work day such as orientation, open houses, or conferences.
- Experience working with a diverse population is preferred but not required.

- Valid State of Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsements registered in Will County/Region 56
- Certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider
