What’s required from an Assistant State's Attorney? We're looking for someone who can work 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active member of the North Dakota bar and in good standing by your start date Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills High-quality research and writing skills Quick analytical ability Satisfactory performance in prior employment Ability to accurately and precisely articulate critical issues in a case Ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with other attorneys, support staff, and the courts Preferred qualifications Criminal prosecutorial or defense experience Civil legal and appellate experience Law enforcement or related field experience Knowledge of 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments to the US Constitution Strong desire to work in a prosecutor's office #J-18808-Ljbffr
