Part-Time | Hourly | Approximately 20 hours/week

Position Summary

The Regional Coordinator is the agency’s second-in-command, working closely with and reporting to the Director of Operations. Think of this as a slimmed-down director role: you’ll own client intakes, help keep the agency compliant, and be a key point of contact for clients and caregivers. You’ll carry real responsibility and authority within your scope, with the opportunity to grow alongside the agency.

Key Responsibilities

•        Manage client intakes and onboarding from start to finish

•        Help maintain compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies

•        Serve as a primary point of contact for client and caregiver phone calls and day-to-day needs

•        Support team oversight, including personnel and administrative decisions within your scope

•        Coordinate shift and scheduling needs as they arise

•        Step in to support the Director of Operations across departments as needed

Schedule

This role works an alternating two-week schedule, approximately 20 hours per week:

•        Week A: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

•        Week B: One floating weekday, plus Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications

•        Experience in home care or a related field preferred

•        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around compliance

•        Comfortable handling client and caregiver communication with professionalism and warmth

•        Able to take ownership, exercise good judgment, and work independently

•        Passion for the home care mission

Compensation

•        $25–$29 per hour , commensurate with experience

•        Opportunity to grow with the agency, including potential for expanded hours and responsibilities over time
