Electronic AssemblerExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Electronic Assembler. The ideal candidate will be able to maneuver small parts and handle a variety of electro-mechanical production responsibilities. Desired candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, and will also be responsible for PC board, light mechanical and cable assembly. Will also troubleshoot and test electro-mechanical assemblies. Candidates will use meters, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools. Must have at least 2 years of experience of soldering. Full time roles, Monday - Friday.Responsibilities:Perform detailed soldering, rework, and repair of PCBs across various component package typesInspect assemblies for quality and compliance, adjusting or replacing components as needed to meet specificationsDisassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble electronic assemblies and subassemblies following technical instructions and documentationApply knowledge of complex electrical and mechanical assembly processes to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesCarry out advanced rework procedures, including conformal coating removal and repairUtilize microscopes, magnification equipment, and precision tools for soldering, inspection, and repair tasksSafely operate a range of hand and power tools to complete assembly and modification work efficiently
