Ophthalmology Physician

Our client in Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist for a locum tenens opportunity to cover a maternity leave from mid-July/August through November. This role involves full-time clinic coverage with no procedures, nights, or weekends, focusing on patient care with robust tech scribe support. The ideal candidate will manage a volume of 30-35 patients per day, providing essential eye care services.

Practice Info

• Will work as solo physician
• Will have a wealth of tech scribe support while working
• Volume 30-35 patients per day
• Cases to anticipate: eye exams, ocular disease management, post operative follow ups etc.
• Ages: Primarily adults but could see as young as 5 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist with covering a maternity leave
• Provide full time clinic coverage
• Perform eye exams
• Manage ocular diseases
• Conduct post operative follow ups
