Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thu 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with visitor, patient, and staff movement in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly operations and security-related awareness. Support emergency and medical-related response activity by assisting with crowd management, direction of foot traffic, and communication with staff and/or first responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Hospital assignments require compliance with vaccine requirements. Hospital assignments may include work in and/or around the morgue. The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
