VP, Private Funds Formation Counsel
The Blackstone Group L.P.
The Blackstone Group L.P. seeks an experienced attorney to join a centralized fund formation legal team. You will assist in all aspects of fund formation and fundraising across Blackstone's institutional fund platform, interacting with multiple business groups and outside counsel. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating LPAs, side letters, and subscription documents, coordinating fund closings, and advising on fund structure and regulatory considerations. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Blackstone Group L.P.
