Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• BLS
• PT license in Florida

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700-1900
• Additional schedule options noted by the client include 8-430 or 9-530
• Rotating weekends required
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Equipment used on unit includes treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
