Job Overview To provide guests with exceptional skincare and customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform a variety of quality skincare, body waxing and body treatment services. Recommend treatments to guests. Consistently provide excellent customer service. Effectively communicate with Spa Director and Spa Supervisor. Ensure customer service standards are maintained at exceptional levels. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times. Sell and recommend retail items to guests. Promote self and visibility of spa by interacting with guests. Act as an ambassador for Sonesta while at work and away. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Advanced vocational training plus two-years of experience. Must have and maintain all licensing requirements of the state of South Carolina. Must maintain excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Must have a high school diploma and speak fluent English. Physical and Functional Requirements Carry or lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability. Continuous standing or sitting. Excellent communication skills. Reading comprehension. Basic math skills.
