DISTRICT MANAGER, (VENDING/MICRO MARKETS/FRESH FOOD)

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM)

District Manager, (Vending/Micro Markets/Fresh Food)

Job Summary: Responsible for the maximum utilization of vending services provided by Navy Exchange-owned Micro Markets and or contracted vending machines located at Navy Exchanges within the designated District. Duties and responsibilities include monitoring and maximizing operational performance, developing financial projections, analyzing vending system reports, initiating corrective actions, and working under the general guidance of the designated supervisor. The role also involves assisting with the implementation of recommendations and solutions in the day to day operations of vending and Micro Markets, managing subordinates, ensuring appropriate training and development plans, coordinating product and equipment knowledge, maintaining operating records, ensuring compliance with directives and policies, recognizing and training associates on customer service, and ensuring the security of products, cash, and equipment.
