As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall care of the various properties that RenovateRX handles in Catskill, New York. Your primary objective will be to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for our guests.Responsibilities:* + Perform regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs. + Address any immediate maintenance or repair issues promptly and efficiently. + Coordinate and supervise external service providers, such as plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, and landscapers, as needed. + Keep the properties clean, organized, and well-maintained. + Handle routine maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and touch-up painting. + Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.* Respond to guest inquiries and requests related to property maintenance in a timely and professional manner.* Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.* Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with guests and provide assistance when needed.* Stay updated on property rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Prior experience in property maintenance or caretaking is preferred.* Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.* Local resident of Catskill or nearby areas preferred.If you are a reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in providing exceptional care and maintenance, we invite you to apply for this position.
