Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Job Schedule: 7am-7pm

Job Summary:

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and services to our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient care

• Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met

• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate the quality of care and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in on-call rotations and be available to address any concerns or issues that may arise outside of regular business hours

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on weekend coverage

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
