Neurovascular Territory Manager (San Diego, CA)

Penumbra seeks a Neurovascular Territory Manager to drive sales of neurovascular products within the San Diego region, building relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective hospital and laboratory customers
• Convert prospective customers to Penumbra clients and increase account penetration with new product lines
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide market feedback to corporate office on product reception and customer concerns
• Attend industry trade shows, generate leads, and complete follow-up reporting and correspondence
• Maintain accurate sales records, expense documentation, and adherence to quality management system regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years medical sales experience
• 3+ years medical device sales experience required
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to travel up to 50% and wear protective equipment for extended periods
• Sales or marketing background preferred

Compensation: $200,000 - $215,000 base salary annually
