Experience leading investment management software implementations in a client-facing role
Investment management industry knowledge of front office and back office systems, workflows, and processes, for example portfolio accounting, performance measurement, trading, reconciliation, data, compliance, and reporting
Hands-on experience working with similar systems such as Charles River, SS&C, SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, Addepar, or Envestnet
Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance; highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with a hands-on approach
Understanding of Agile principles and software development lifecycles
Comfortable using tools for project management and communication
