Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active OT licensure in California
• Recent experience delivering school-based occupational therapy
• Strong understanding of school protocols and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions
• Compassion, adaptability, and dedication to supporting diverse student populations
• Skilled in documentation and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans to support students’ functional access to the school environment
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students according to IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough and timely records, documentation, and compliance with district policies
• Provide input for IEP meetings, progress reports, and intervention planning
• Promote inclusive practices and create adaptive strategies to maximize student participation
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school community
