Hospice RN On-Call Nurse

Lancaster & Lebanon Counties, Pennsylvania
7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

This position offers a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule , allowing for strong work-life balance while providing meaningful end-of-life care to patients and families in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate on-call nursing care to hospice patients

• Respond to after-hours patient needs and symptom management

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and hospice team members

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license

• Hospice or home health experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate bedside manner

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
