HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for a permanent opportunity with an established regional health system in North-Central Arkansas’s scenic Ozark Lakes region.

This position offers a $590,000-plus base salary, additional production incentives, a substantial starting bonus, modern robotic technology, single-hospital call coverage, and an established urology team providing both inpatient and outpatient care.

Clinical Environment

The incoming physician will join an established urology service with physicians supporting both inpatient and outpatient care.

The organization provides access to modern operating rooms, an outpatient surgery center, advanced imaging, and robotic surgical technology. The opportunity is appropriate for a general urologist interested in a broad clinical and surgical practice.

Clinical responsibilities may include:

• General adult urology
• Robotic urologic surgery
• Minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures
• Endoscopic urologic procedures
• Kidney-stone evaluation and treatment
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia
• Urinary obstruction and retention
• Bladder and prostate disorders
• Urologic oncology
• Inpatient consultations
• Outpatient follow-up care

Specific procedures and areas of practice will depend on the physician’s training, experience, competency, and clinical privileges.

Schedule and Call

• Full-time employed schedule
• Eight days of call per month
• Single-hospital call coverage
• Outpatient clinic, surgical, inpatient, and call responsibilities coordinated within the urology team

Complete clinic hours, operating-room allocation, weekend-call frequency, and post-call expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal urologic care
• Perform appropriate diagnostic, endoscopic, minimally invasive, robotic, and open procedures
• Provide inpatient consultations and postoperative care
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, surgical staff, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in applicable quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Eligibility for medical-staff appointment and applicable clinical privileges
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an established multidisciplinary program
• Robotic-surgery training or experience preferred
