Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with a variety of maintenance, cleaning, and organizational tasks throughout our facility. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is physically fit, enjoys staying active, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize storage rooms and work areas.
• Move boxes, furniture, and equipment.
• Create and maintain an inventory of stored items.
• Remove bulk trash and unwanted materials.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Wash company and owner vehicles on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance projects.
• Complete other duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor and owners.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
• Previous maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Ability to enter and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take clear photographs and upload them to inventory records.
• Ability to keep inventory locations organized and accurately labeled.
• Ability to follow established inventory procedures and maintain data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
