Location: Wilmington, DE
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday-Friday
School Year: 2026-2027
Dates: August 25, 2026 - June 8, 2027

Qualifications

Active Delaware BCBA certification required
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting preferred
Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and special education services
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Delaware BCBA Certification

Pay: $45+ per hour , based on experience

Position Details

Full-time onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year
Support 2-3 assigned school sites throughout the school year
Conduct interviews for paraprofessionals assigned to supported campuses
Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and classroom staff
Additional assignment details discussed during interview
Ready to interview ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and behavioral support to school staff and families
Train and supervise staff on behavior management strategies
Interview and assist with the selection of paraprofessionals for assigned schools
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
