The schedule includes a combination of opening and closing shifts throughout the week, considering operating hours, sales requirements, customer traffic, proper store coverage, and time to coach, train and develop the team. Hours will increase during peak selling periods. Compensation Base pay of $17.00 – $26.30 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
