The Client Servicing team within the Agency & Administration (A&S) group of Global Finance Operations (GFO) represents a dynamic, high-growth area of focus at Natixis. Professionals in the A&S group play an integral, career-defining role, serving as the direct operational and administrative link among Originators, Syndicators, and Relationship Managers. In this highly visible, client-facing position, team members are expected to master and execute complex client management processes, proactively solve daily servicing challenges, and drive successful resolutions with escalation to management only when necessary. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Middle Office & Agency Officer to join our elite Agency & Administration team. In this role, you will serve as the principal administrative and operational interface among borrowers, sponsors, and syndicate lenders across a diverse, sophisticated portfolio of structured debt products. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing agented fund finance facilities, including capital call/subscription lines and warehouse facilities, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and complex Infrastructure & Project Finance transactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In collaboration with your A&S colleagues and with a deeply transaction- and customer-oriented focus, your key duties and responsibilities will leverage and expand your expertise in the following areas: Fund Finance and CLO Administration Administer agented fund finance facilities, with a specific focus on managing capital call lines, subscription lines, and warehouse facilities. Review, calculate, and verify Borrowing Base Certificates to ensure strict compliance with advance rates, concentration limits, and eligible collateral or underlying loan criteria. Update and maintain collateral data for CLO transactions, ensuring exceptionally accurate reporting on underlying loan assets, and coordinate directly with CLO Trustees and collateral managers to reconcile portfolio data. Assist in monitoring portfolio compliance metrics, including coverage tests, quality tests, and concentration limits unique to CLO and warehouse phases. Infrastructure and Project Finance Administration Manage the specialized operational mechanics of Project Finance, including coordinating multi-tranche drawings, administering construction phase disbursements, and tracking Technical Advisor (Engineer) sign-offs. Administer complex project accounts, such as Debt Service Reserve Accounts (DSRA), Maintenance Reserves, and Revenue Accounts, and execute strict cash flow waterfall payments in compliance with project agreements. Review and track highly specific project covenants, including Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR), Loan Life Coverage Ratios (LLCR), environmental conditions, and insurance renewal certifications. Deal Execution and Portfolio Administration Review credit agreements, facility agreements, and security documents during the closing phase to extract operational requirements, covenant schedules, and fee structures. Coordinate, verify, and execute daily loan activity, including loan drawings (utilizations), rollovers, repayments, rate settings, and fee distributions. Manage and reconcile transaction accounts, coordinate wire transfers, and ensure the timely distribution of interest, principal, and fees to syndicate lenders. Client Services and Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for borrowers, private equity sponsors, project developers, and syndicate lenders, addressing inquiries regarding loan notices, payments, and transfers. Draft, verify, and distribute official administrative agent notices, including utilization requests, rate-set notices, and compliance certificate rollouts. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Three to six years of progressive experience in credit markets, syndicated loan operations, project finance administration, or debt agency services. Demonstrated experience administering Capital Call/Subscription facilities, Warehouse facilities, or both, accompanied by a strong understanding of capital call operations, investor partner agreements, and investor funding processes. Hands‑on experience with project finance debt structures, including construction‑to‑term loans, multi‑source funding setups involving commercial banks, DFIs, and ECAs, equity sizing/injection tracking, and debt service waterfalls. A solid understanding of CLO structures, waterfall mechanics, collateral management workflows, and structural compliance tests. A proven ability to read, interpret, and operationalize complex legal documents, such as Credit Agreements, Intercreditor Agreements, and Common Terms Agreements (CTAs). Professional experience utilizing communication portals such as Intralinks, DebtDomain, or SyndTrak. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically using VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables to manage borrowing base calculations and financial covenants like DSCR and LLCR. Exceptional mathematical accuracy paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the confidence to interact with high‑profile institutional lenders, project sponsors, legal counsel, and technical advisers. The salary range for this position will be between $130,000 - 155,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.
