Responsibilities

Review client risk profiles to ensure they have the proper coverage for their home, vehicle, and family security.

Proactively reach out to local households to introduce our protection strategies and explain how we differ from big-name carriers.

Prepare and present clear, accurate quotes that help families make informed decisions about their future.

Maintain regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside their life changes.

Collaborate with the local team to organize community events that build trust and visibility for our agency.

Manage incoming requests with a focus on responsiveness and genuine helpfulness.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.

Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Proven ability to articulate complex concepts into simple terms for clients.

Valid driver's license for occasional community outreach and local visits.
