Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay.

Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, ability to make presentations to potential customers, achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, and provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
